Fantastic stay here, service, amenities and location all excellent. Major construction work around the hotel but did not experience any disruption. Our room was spotless and done everyday. The whole hotel was clean and well maintained. All of the staff was amazing. The breakfast in the restaurant was one of the best we’ve ever had and we appreciated being able to have guests (our kids) join us. The restaurant staff - from servers to the chef’s all did a great job. I wish I had individual names to give. And the reception staff - Giang, Nam, Dat, and the others were always friendly and helpful. Next time we Come to Hanoi (to visit our kids) we will definitely choose Elegant Suites Westland.

Gorgeous and spacious room! If you’re looking for a long stay, it has a kitchen, two full bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, washer, balcony! Wow. The breakfast was Amazing as well. We arrived late at night & were greeted by Adam, who was working the desk. He was so helpful, when I wasn't thrilled with the view from our room. I had requested garden view, & their order was for lake. He worked hard to move us & we got a view of both. The room was huge & very clean. The restaurant was very good. I also went to the spa which was very enjoyable. I sat in the garden for a while, reading. Sadly the pool was being repaired, but it wasn'treally warm enough in my books for a swim. There is construction going on around the area, but Hanoi is noisy, so it didn't really bother us. And the room was sound-proof. The hotel arranged for our drive to & from the airport, which was good. Adam made our stay that much better. Very polite & always smiling. This is a beautiful, privately-owned hotel close to everything.

I have stayed at Elegant Suites for many years now and if anything it continues to improve. The facilities including restaurant, gym, swimming pool and spa are uniformly excellent. The gardens are beautiful and Jenny and all of the staff cannot do enough to assist with any query or request. Obviously there is a lot of construction work presently underway in the local area but Elegant Suites is an Oasis from all all of that and once inside the complex you would hardly know. Fabulous hotel with amazing staff and facilities. Although this hotel is about 2km from the old quarter don’t let this put you off! Download the grab app and use taxis. We moved here after a very bad experience with a hotel in the old quarter and we are so pleased we did. From the size of the room to the amazing staff ( and breakfast Choices) you won’t be disappointed staying here. By Westlake, there are wonderful restaurants, views and beauty spas walking distance from the hotel. Particular praise to the reception staff and Truc Quynh in the restaurant who made us feel like VIPS.
