The room was very clean and comfortable. Genevieve welcomed us and congratulated us on our 30th wedding anniversary with a complimentary bottle of wine in our room.
The guest house provided complimentary continental breakfast and afternoon cocktails. Both exceeded expectations. We especially enjoyed the front porch and upstairs veranda as a quiet place to sit and enjoy our drinks.
L’Habitation Guest House is in a very convenient location to walk to most attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

This is the perfect Key West location! Historic charm right off Duval Street. Drew greeted us and was amazing at accommodating our arrival time changes. Happy hour was a bonus! Vodka & cranberry with 2 types of wines.
We were there on one of the coldest nights of the year and could not get our heat to work in our room. A hot shower and blankets fixed that.
We were able to take our breakfast bagels to go another with some juice and hard boiled eggs. Another nice bonus!
Other than the room heat, it was a great stay!

Drew checked us in and was so gracious and helpful! Our room was very clean. The service staff was so nice. Hotel is in a great spot close to all the action but still quiet. We walked everywhere, did not move our car once. Breakfast was nice too, we got our coffee and bagels and had it out in the patio. It was only a one night stay but we enjoyed it very much. We hope to be back soon!

Location was amazing, room was clean and spacious. Staff was awesome and helpful (showing us where free parking was nearby for our car). Everything was walkable, and there was not only a continental breakfast, but also a happy hour from 3-5 in the house. We’ll definitely be staying here again!
