Bel residence, appartamento pulito dotato di tutti i confort. Peccato solamente che l'aria condizionata fosse posizionata nel corridoio e non nella camera da letto. Abbiamo perciò dovuto tenerla accesa tutto il giorno per poter tener fresche le camere. Buono il servizio navetta per il mare, guardate bene gli orari posti all'ingresso del residence. Noi la prima volta abbiamo persa per 5 minuti. Lenzuola e asciugamani portati da casa per risparmiare i 10€ richiesti per ogni set! Ci hanno richiesto altri 10€ per poter rimanere in piscina il giorno del checkout (alle 13h siamo partiti) mentre in generale le altre strutture consentono di rimanere, gratuitamente. Ecco, questo io me lo sarei risparmiato da parte loro. Non ci hanno fatto una bella figura

Fantastisk residens med smuk udsigt over Adriaterhavet, selvom lejlighederne lå et stykke fra havet. God service med gratis shuttlebus til Tortoreto Lido med rigtig god og ren sandstrand. Poolen, som var bemandet med livredder, var skøn.

heerlijke vakantie
We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in een appartement ( het is geen hotel) . Zowel de eigenaars als het personeel zijn ontzettend gastvrij en behulpzaam. Er is een goede shuttle bus verbinding die gasten van en naar het strand vervoert. Het complex is schoon en wordt goed onderhouden. De locatie is wat hoger gelegen waardoor je een geweldig uitzicht hebt, maar zonder auto moet je wel een goede conditie hebben om er te komen. ( maar ook daar was altijd wel een oplossing en hulpaanbod) kortom een echte aanrader!!!! Het zwembad is schoon en er is een rusttijd tussen 13-15.30 uur, dat zorgt ervoor dat je volledig uitgerust naar huis gaat. Tortoreto alto, dat op 3 km vanaf 'il Borgo' ligt is een idyllische plek met heerlijke restaurantjes. La bella Italia Volgend jaar gaan we zeker weer terug

Резиденция на троечку
Отель расположен межде двух оживленных магисталей, очень шумный. Я заказывал номер комфорт с видом на море (дороже обычного), а получил номер у самого въезда в отель между мусоркой и парковкой - шум с раннего утра и до поздней ночи. В номере две комнаты, в одном двуспальная кровать, в другой кухня и двуспальный диван. В кухне-гостиной почти все, что нужно - холодильник, газовая плита, сковородка, кастрюли, тарелки, вилки-ложки, но нормального острого ножа не было, пришлось покупать. Телевизор которому лет 10-15 практически не показывал, весь шел полосами. В ванной не оказалось банальных мелочей вроде мыльницы или стаканчиков, в малюсенькой душевой кабинке ни одной полочки под шампунь и гель, спасибо хоть туалетую бумагу аж целый рулон повесили. Единственный действительно положительный отзыв заслуживает бассейн.

Удаленный от моря
Основное преимущество отеля - это цена. Отель расположен в 1 километре от моря , да еще и на приличной возвышенности, поэтому ходить пешком на пляж, а особенно обратно, довольно утомительно. Правда в отеле есть трансфер до пляжа за дополнительную плату (включает в себя трансфер и пользование двумя шезлонгами и зонтиком на пляже ). Но все равно, в город (а магазины и рестораны все в пляжной зоне ) - только на машине, что было не очень удобно. В отеле не было даже полотенец, что неприятно удивило - апартаменты бронируем далеко не первый раз, но такого еще не было, пришлось ехать в магазин и покупать. Одеяла тоже довольно своеобразные - они являются одновременно и покрывалами. Персонал приветливый , каких либо других проблем не было.
