Staff was outstanding. Had a problem with air conditioner, called desk, and maintenance was there within 5 minutes, fixed the problem within 5 minutes and had no problems again. The ONLY reason I didn’t give them an outstanding rating was because some items were dated and needed to be updated. The stay and location was outstanding.

The room was clean with a beautiful view of the ocean, but their only thing there was no like toothpaste or like lotion, toiletries or nothing and it was one roll of toilet paper so that probably is something that they need to look into of getting each room properly ready for the guest, but other than that, the state was amazing. Everything was good and I enjoyed my stay for the price.

Clean room, accommodating staff, great pool, and convenient beach access. They sell snow cones and ice cream in the lobby and cocktails at the poolside bar. We stayed on the first floor and had a great view of the ocean and easy access to the pool and beach. We will stay here again when we come back.

Literally my only complaint about my entire stay was that the back door key reader was defective, so I had to walk around the entire building, soaking wet in a bathing suit any time I was returning from the beach or pool. There was no offer to change rooms despite the door needing parts ordered to be repaired. The door was actually extremely hard to open and shut. Other than that, I loved my stay and I would ABSOLUTELY return. The staff is kind, the amenities very nice and family friendly, the beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean, the wifi was steady and reliable. I had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay even though we had to check out early. We were in walking distance of McGuires Irish Pub. It is wonderful. You have to eat there. I loved the free coffee in the morning!! I loved seeing the beach while laying at the pool. We walked back and forth from the beach to the pool. The hot tub was great too.
