I really enjoyed my stay at this facility. Every person treats you like royalty, and not only knows your name but is willing to help in any way they can. Victoria House was great. We went during the low season, so it was very quiet and we loved it. The staff is amazing: friendly, helpful, efficient and accommodating. The entire resort is beautiful, the pools are immaculate and refreshing. The excursions are great. I was extremely happy they will take care of all the details for you if you want to do any extras, take trips, etc. The resort tour staff is knowledgeable and fun.
