Right in the heart of Barra, the location of the hotel is great. The breakfast buffette was super complete. Bed and bathroom were fine as well

It was a very basic hotel and the rooms where not very welcoming. Although housekeeping came daily if wanted, the new sheets were stained. Not to say they hadn't been cleaned, but had irremovable stains I guess. Rooms were dated with noticeable damage to tiles etc. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. They assisted with ordering food to the hotel when my in laws didn't fancy going out at night.

It is a very convenient location to go to the beach, a beautiful beach. The surroundings are night are a little tough, you have to take a taxi to be safe instead of walking around.

There were a couple problems in the room , the room was outdated , the hair dryer in the room didn’t work , the toilet flush did not work , the bathroom had problems shower box leaking water into the bathroom floor. There was no blankets , the sheets were very thin and cheap , the towels were old and stained . The T.V outdated and only had local channels , with poor connection. The good qualities, were the morning hotel breakfast, the location , staff were very kind, and the WiFi.

O primeiro quarto que nos colocaram era horrível e pequeno. A porta só fechava se trancasse com a chave (só tinha 1 chave para 3 hóspedes), vazamento no banheiro, faltando azulejos no box do banheiro, toalhas manchadas. O segundo quarto era maior e mais próximo das fotos, porém ainda um custo alto para o que é realmente oferecido.

Hotel em boa localização em frente a praia Porto da Barra.Quarto amplo com ar e frigobar.Ficamos no ape 103 e o banheiro não tem ventilação forçada nem janela.Escolham outra unidade pois há opção com janelinha o que facilita secar roupas de praia.Café da manhã bom, completo. Destaque para o recepcionista Ramon, atencioso, resolutivo. Falta uma visão gerencial ao menos na unidade 103...referente ao banheiro...adesivo de recado sujo, rejuntes velho( basta pintar os azulejos) porta descascando...dá uma má impressão...o quarto em si é ótimo, só falta uma netflix para quem tem criança , para a noite...

O hotel possui uma localização excelente, porém toda a estrutura é mal cuidada. O café da manhã é bem fraco, sempre faltando comida e com uma demora excessiva na reposição. O quarto é bem velho, com inúmeras ferrugens nas janelas, sem banheiro e em vários outros lugares, sem contar o péssimo cheiro do ambiente O atendimento da recepção foi péssimo, o rapaz que estava no serviço nos tratava como se estivesse fazendo um favor.
