Cozy Inn
This place was nice and worked for what we needed. I wouldn't say it was excellent as some reviews have. The location is good. Central and lots of food options and close to downtown. The building is old and could use more aesthetic work to improve the look (paint, fill in cracks). The room was decent. Looks like they updated them. The bathroom was nice but it was small. There's no counter space to put your stuff so I had to put my essentials on the toilet tank. The rooms could also use a additional mirror outside of the bathroom. And the furniture could be updated. Parking is tight. There's only 1 spot for each unit and then couple extra. Street parking limited as well because it's nestled between residential and some office buildings. So if you have an additional car, it will have to be parked on the street. The people were very nice. All in all though it was a very nice place to stay for the price.

Good room
The location was in a good area, i felt safe. The room was nice and clean. 2 things small complaints, the water for the shower head was very weak, i didnt feel thoroughly clean after my shower. The other thing i didnt like was the over powering smell of the cleaner they use, im assuming it was the floor cleaner. It smelled like Fabuloso, very strong, and the smell lingered. I liked the DIrectTv, bed was comfortable, and a nice size mini fridge that worked well.

I really enjoyed my overnight stay at Town & Country Inn last week. I would like to see more Inns and motels accept pets. Shawn and his staff were great. Shawn went out of his way to accommodate us. I had driven from NM to CA just to rescue my two young dogs and I know they were skittish and barked with different sounds. So the only thing I would do to improve everyone's stay there would be to soundproof the doorways. If I am going to Santa Barbara I will be back. It’s a great rate and location. Thanks again for such an awesome visit.
