All the staff members were fantastic! However, there were glitches, partly due to Hotels.com and partly the actual computer system onsite. There is no "ocean view"; yet, it was confirmed that I would have an "ocean view". The location is a lovely walk down to East Beach, so not so bad. But, there needs to be more accurate descriptions.

The listing on the website did not match the room we were given. On the Expedia website, you can select rooms with various types of views but at the hotel, we were told that our room type was only available on the ground floor, facing the parking lot. We had a "gorgeous" view of cars and there were people thumping on our ceiling and dogs barking next door late into the night.
