The receptionist was super friendly! I had an issue with the first room, and she kindly changed it for me. I don’t know her name, but she covered the overnight shift. I arrived on Friday at 12 p.m.
The first room was in very poor condition, The second room was appropriate for what I paid

Room was dirty. Had to kill a roach first thing when we walked in the room. The entire motel smelled like cat pee. And there was no microwave or mini fridge.

I never thought that a property like that could be advertised on HOTELS.com or any other booking platform. Furniture broken (night stand), towel rod missing, bathtub with a bump on the floor surface, doors on corridor and room itself with peeling and scratched paint, carpeting on corridor and lobby dusty and dirty, employee eating dinner at front desk, room furniture (the few pieces) made of masonry and unfinished, curtain hanging from the track on both ends...I felt as if I was in a DUMP on a third world country. The soap smelled like nothing and was SO thin. Towels as well. Dirty elevator. NOTHING was nearly ACCEPTABLE! I did NOT expect anything to be excellent considering the price. But BROKEN furniture (room 215), lump on bathtub, and dirty hallway and elevator....
