they let me park right in front, incredibly convenient. Super nice front desk clerk, spoke English well. I didn't stay in other hotels in Reunion, so have nothing with which to compare other than mostly Bonvoy properties in the US (and a few in Europe). It wasn't as nice as most Bonvoy properties, but maybe for the island it was veyr good. I'd stay again if needed. The breakfast looked decent, but I didn't have time to partake.

Je suis handicapée et comme la chambre attribuée n'était pas adaptée à mon handicap par erreur, nous avons été surclassés dans une autre avec une douche accessible. Le seul bémol, c'est que la place de parking, qui m'avait été réservée à ma demande par la direction lors de la réservation, avait été prise par un touriste indélicat et que nous avons du nous garer un peu loin dans la rue à l'extérieur.
