Nice place.
It was a nice room. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The biggest complaint to speak of is that the elevator is very slow. You literally can walk up faster to the top floor and back down before the elevator makes it to the 4th (top) floor. The walls could use some paint and a larger TV would be nice. Otherwise, a great stay.

It’s not actually a 3 star it’s more like 1 or 2.
No door in shower. The water is coming out everytime you shower. It’s wet all over the floor. And AC doesn’t work, it’s broken and it’s 95 degrees in Italy when we went.

This is the worse place we ever stayed with my family I never recommended even to book this place specifically who are traveling with kids there was two guys at the reception they don’t know how to talk to a customer and they were very rude acted like thugs ,when I get there room air conditioner was not working and when I inquire about it they they said it broken you you have to stay with out it and it was very straight forward answers and he didn’t even give us any solutions that day Italy temperature was 34c and in that hotel room bathroom cubicle has no door and dirty bed covers terrible condition ,I think they are using that hotel for different purposes please don’t go with your family

Was not as clean per all previous reviews, room was extremely tiny that we could not open two luggages as there was no space. Seemed to be ran by a few men, who alone were extremely helpful with us and answered all of out questions and were very kind to us despite the circumstances.

Over priced , disgusting Hotel !
Myself my son , best friend & her son booked this hotel out of desperation (our booked apartment cancelled on us just as we landed in Milan ) it was a 48 hr trip for my sons 21st birthday , Ac Milan we’re playing at home and this hotel was the cheapest we could find and not too far to travel from central Milan . The man on reception was abrupt & rude and we paid the tourist tax . There was a tv in the room no remote , the bathroom was horrendous , broken shower door , rusty towel rail , broken toilet flush which made noise 24/7, we were left 2 towel packs even though there were 4 of us . The light next to the bed was broken and uncovered . The beds were made but the actual pillow had blood on . On return to the UK I asked for a refund but was told I didn’t meet the cancellation requirements , which made no sense at all . I would still like a full refund And I reccomend to any one with children DO NOT book or anyone in general So disappointed

Multiple parts of the room were damaged. - Door handle fell off - missing half of the shower door - shower and sink just had a hole rather than a proper fitting - we had to ask for the aircon remote at reception and then the aircon kept having an error. We turned it on 20 times during our single nights stay. The entrance of the property was ugly and dark and the flags on the photo were nowhere to be seen. The only good thing about this place is the nice staff and the cheap price.

The bathroom has molds/mildew on walls, tiles and grouts. We had to wear slippers/flip flops every time we use the toilet and even while taking shower. Not good for respiratory health.

The worst hotel and worst experience!
The room was too dark and we could not open the windows. We were asked to pay €15 for the air condition, only supposed to be €5 as it says in Hotels.com. The air condition was not working, it was stuck at 28 degrees, it was very uncomfortable to sleep specially for my 3 yrs old niece. The male Receptionist was very rude and was shouting, almost threatening - a terrible customer service! We had to leave the key at the reception every time we we out. Wifi was not free in the room, only in the small reception. This hotel is not a 3- star standard. I paid £100 for the room inclusive of city tax and air condition, no breakfast - not worth it!

Not a welcoming staff, the place is too dark and old haven't been remodeled in some time, air conditioning is charged extra if you need it, I would say the only pro is location. Not family welcoming.

2/10 Poor

Terrible hotel. It was worse than any hostel that I have ever stayed in yet I booked a 'hotel' and not a hostel deliberately to have a comfortable last night. It claims to be a €4 per person per night tourist tax level? On first impressions, the best word that could describe this place is 'grimy', everything from the walls/floors to the shower curtain, and all the inbetween. The room walls, as well as dirty with smudges, scrapes and dirt, were paper thin and we were kept awake by what sounded in the room like people stamping up and down the stairs, dragging wheeled cases up and down them and every word mentioned by people, until about 4am when it eased off a little, only until 6am, when it all started again. Motorists on the road all night including mopeds blazing up and down outside the window altogether made sleep impossible. That, on top of a solid bed with a dirty cover sheet and hard pillows, I would strongly recommend not booking this hotel if you plan to sleep!

Front Desk Clerk Was Friendly & Helpful
Phone was not hooked up in room upon arrival. Room could use a photo/painting, some decorations. Shower curtain/wall had some mold stains. Staff was friendly and accommodating, and beds were comfortable... but for price of room, I expected a bit more. Close to Dateo station and easy to reach all sights.
