Staff were extremely helpful. Great breakfast for a place like that. Focus on healthy and eco friendly. Bunker bed was smaller than I expected for an adult. But it was a great use of space and cozy. Walk right into the street to get to anywhere- bus stops, food, hospital, everything is in walking distance.

Stayed here for two nights. Staff amazing, so helpful to a person of the older years travelling on their own. Thought it would be full of young back packers but NO it was all ages. Meet lots of interesting people. thanks to the young man who carried my case up 3 flights of stairs. and the one who carried it down lol. clean, well looked after very good rate for two nights. would not go back to the one I stayed in on arrival in Vancouver. it needs to come look around this place and get some ideas. thanks for making my stop over on the way home to NZ. safe, and looking out for me.
