I want to start by recognizing the wonderful staff at the front desk. Linda was absolutely top-tier—professional, welcoming, and very accommodating during my stay. There was also a young man at the front desk with a ponytail whose name I may be pronouncing incorrectly (it sounded like Baray). I apologize if I misspelled it, but he was also top-tier and provided excellent service. I would also like to acknowledge the woman overseeing the Hotel that was working breakfast area and the front . Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was on top of everything and worked with such dedication—like she was running the entire place herself. Thank you all for making my birthday stay so pleasant. You did a wonderful job, and your hospitality truly made the experience special.
