Lovely staff, easy check in and check out. Very good location for easy trams towards the city centre and away to Media City. The room did what it needed to do and is perfect for a solo traveller, it's like a nicer version of university halls. Very quiet and has Tesco, McDonald's and Starbucks within a 5 minuet walk.

The hotel is fine. What I don’t like is being charged £10 for a kettle, I don’t drink tea or coffee, this was just the kettle. I was dropped off by a disables friend, no spots for him so there just under an hour once I was booked in and given a parking ticket even though the receptionist knew!

Very near to Old Trafford so that’s a plus when you plan to visit as it’s walking distance. They help with keeping the luggage before and after your stay too. Manish was extremely helpful and accommodating.
