Great boutique hotel overlooking the west coast. Friendly helpful staff on the reception desk. Small hotel and pool but very clean and within easy walking distance of the town. Uphill to the caldera but worth it for the most wonderful views

Happy and convenient stay at Anamnesis City Spa Ho
Good communication throughout including by e-mail and telephone to clarify things when needed. Excellent location close to Fira Main Square and bus station, only a few minutes walk away as well as to the local shops and restaurants as well as the caldera. Good service by high all the reception and maintenance staff including recommendations for food, rentals and tours etc. Breakfast is good. Suggestions to make it even better: Wifi connectivity needs to be improved as almost non-existent in the room we were in. Perhaps have more recycling collection points as several plastic water bottles have to be discarded. Perhaps have a shower curtain to ensure water does not come out of the cubicle.

This was by far the best place we stayed in Greece. View wasn't the quintessential island view but you still had a sea view. Excellt place to stay. Staff was awesome in recommendations and knowledge. The room was stunning with a beautiful private balcony view and the pool was brilliant and well maintained to the highest standard.The breakfast provided was nice with plenty of options for everyone. Beautiful, quiet and very comfortable little spot just down the hill from all the hotspots including restaurants, shops and the cable car to the old port. Lots of spa extras if you are in need of a massage etc. Local bus to anywhere on the Island is also just a short walk away.
