Pontos positivos: quarto reformado (novinho) e muito bem decorado, estilo veneziano. Café da manhã muito bom. Ficamos no andar térreo e não tivemos problemas com barulho. Ótimos amenities. Localização boa (próximo a Ponte Rialto e uma caminhada de uns 15” até a Praça San Marco). Pontos negativos: Chuveiro razoável. Calefação/ar condicionado difícil de configurar. Atendimento da recepção muito ruim, solicitamos apoio para opções de translado porque o nosso voo era às 7am em Treviso. Gastamos uma alta quantia com Uber e depois percebemos que havia ônibus saindo da Piazzale Roma até o aeroporto regularmente e as 5am. Uma informação que certamente poderia ser repassada ao hóspede, além de oferecer tb táxi privado a um preço acessível. Um hotel dessa categoria poderia dar melhores informações e oferecer conveniência para o cliente. Havia também uma visita inclusa à uma fábrica de Murano que só ficamos sabendo por meio de outros hóspedes que compartilharam a informação no café da manhã, e quando solicitamos foi bem confuso, primeiro negaram, só depois solicitaram o táxi quando outros hóspedes que já tinham feito o passeio confirmaram que foram pelo hotel, enfim, foi constrangedor. Poxa, no dia anterior perguntamos sobre o passeio e o rapaz da recepção disse que não precisava de reserva, bastava avisar na recepção que chamariam um táxi. O espumante, previsto como cortersia, foi necessário perguntar por ele, pois não o recebemos ao realizar o checkin.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing complimentary breakfast! Only downside was we didn’t have Air Conditioning due to the laws in Venice during this time of year, but that is not the hotel’s fault and they gave us a fan to help keep us cool! They also gave us a scent diffuser as a present on Halloween as well as chocolates on our pillow every morning! Very kind staff and overall an amazing experience!

The property was nice and well kept. Front desk staff was very friendly and the breakfast staff was excellent. The only downside is we got a room on the first floor. People would be walking by and peeking into our room. With this came quite a bit of noise since there’s popular restaurants right around the corner.

Place was in a good location which was 10-15 mins away from the train and buses. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We went in October and the weather was cool but our room and the floor in general was extremely hot. Upon arrival they said they turn off the AC in this season and that we have a fan. Ive gotten more power from a desk fan. We tried to open the window the first night to try to cool down but that allowed in tons of bugs. Unfortunately this made the stay very difficult but other than that, would only recommend during the seasons they have the AC on.
