Excellent service and experience. Memorable stay
It was amazing. The manager, Raymond was very accommodating since we booked three rooms for my parent’s 50th Anniversary. He lend us a meeting room so the family can be together to give honor to my parents. The breakfast was also excellent. The waffles have vanilla or chocolate and can be dressed with toppings. The kids love it. The rooms were spacious and clean and comfy. The reception and lounge were also neat and cozy. The place looks new. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Clean room but showing age
Hotel doing some renos as signs are being posted on the main floor. Room we stayed in is relatively clean but already showing age. The furniture especially the sofa, ottoman are at the end of its life for hotel standards. There’s an old smell to the sofa and the throw pillows. The pillows are flat and lack bulk. We stay here a few times a year so we have seen it over the years. The hallways are however being updated so waiting to see what the rooms would look like when the renovation is done.

Excellent customer service from the moment we arrived. The young lady that checked us in was very nice with top notch customer service. The staff is always professional and smiling and happy to help with any questions or concerns.The breakfast had a great selection, the hotel and our room was very clean.
