After the payment. they told me that they don't have sifficient beds and they recommended to cancel the reservation. We had to find a hotel near by for the lodging. The staff didn't really care to help. They said they cancel the charge but they wouldn't provide a receipt.

It looked beautiful in the pictures but was even moreso grand and beautiful in person. The restaurants, lobby, outside area, balcony, everything was so nice. We were also upgraded to a room with oceanside views. Everything was perfect and unbelievably affordable.
