The breakfast was a bit disappoint they were remodeling the breakfast area. We booked the hotel bc of the deluxe continental breakfast, but that wasn’t a thing. As a vegetarian options were super limited. The front desk staff, specifically Marc and the guy with braids (didn’t get his name) were so helpful and it felt like coming home each day. We were there for a week and would stay again if ever in NYC again

Hotel was clean, staff was very nice. The room are very small. Hotel.com picture of the Deluxe King is not accurate. You can barely move around in the room. If you are booking this hotel because of the free breakfast DON'T. The breakfast consist of bacan that looks like beef jerky, oatmeal soup and powdered eggs.
