Red River Inn And Suites

The bed and couch had stains all over the sheets. very disappointed. I had to go ask for clean sheets and was told "um we aren't suppose to do that" to what I said "well you are giving me new sheets right now I just paid $140 to stay here and the room is not even clean during a national pandemic. She replied with a dirty look and said okay let me call my manager and ask..... are you F-ing kidding me. Don't stay here its horrible. they should be shut down. And by stains on the sheet I'm sure you can imagine what i'm talking about with out me saying it. They should be ashamed.

There two phones in the room, neither one worked so couldn't even call from desk. The tv remote didn't work so had to go to front desk, there were not any batteries in it. Front desk person put batteries to find out still didn't work unless you were standing literally one foot away from tv. The bedding was Dirty!!! Not sure what the brown stuff was on the sheets but had to ask for clean bedding. We are trying to convince ourselves that it was just chocolate.

Over priced hotel room that was the equivalent to a very low budget motel. Wifi that was so slow it wouldn’t even load email. Bed hard as a rock ! Halls and elevator reeked of smoke! The only positive I can say about it is they left makeup remover wipes in the bathroom!

Room was clean . Only minor issue we had was the 15 dollar fee for a blanket for the sofa bed . So that was a little disappointing. The check in clerk did was not the best when we arrived . We stood in front of her for a few minutes before we were even greeted and once she did it was so blah as if we were irritating her . Other than that it was a great stay

Cold no heat Couldn’t get me a key for room to work said just call them every time we needed to get in tv remote didn’t work.....

Nice clean room. Just what we needed to rest after a night of fun at Winstar. The winstar shuttle is closed down due to covid but this hotel is so close driving there was not a problem.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Staff if very rude, there was no breakfast as promised...they said we arrived too late....it was 8am! We were charged for taking towels that were never in the room when we checked in....absolute ridiculous! Worst experience ever!

Great location. Really close to casino. Long walk or short drive. Shuttles aren’t going due to COVID so that was a bummer but overall it all worked out good.

The room was a little worse for wear with dents in the walls and messed up carpet. Some couple across the hall were screaming at each other for over an hour and then the police arrived and that went on for another hour - all after midnight. Then we get up for this "breakfast" the next morning and let me tell you they have some nerve calling it by that name. Microwavable sausage and biscuits that were of extremely low quality - that's the only "hot" part of the meal, unless you count oatmeal. Worst hotel breakfast I have ever encountered.

Very nice and quiet with good service.
