I called the reception a couple times asking for a blanket, and when they finally answered the told me to come to the reception to grab it there. I didn’t like it. I think they could have extra blanket in the room. Also there was no extra towels in the room.

Precisam melhorar na limpeza.
O valor cobrado pelo quarto não corresponde ao que entregam. O vaso é separado do chuveiro, o que é desconfortavel se voce estiver com tres pessoas no quarto Ponto positivo: ducha higiênica. Nosso quarto foi mal limpo. Tinha um resto de sei lá o que no chão ao lado da cama, se era chocolate quente, ou algo marrom. O vaso sanitário precisa de um banho, pois está sujo e com resto de urina do hospede anterior

O hotel tem um EXCELENTE custo benefício. É limpo, tem ótima localização (próximo a 3 shoppings e em uma área com diversas opções para sair à noite), o quarto tem um bom tamanho. É um hotel para quem precisa de praticidade.
