The staff is beyond amazing, always welcoming, attentive, helpful and friendly! I love them all! Regarding the hotel room, it was the best that I've ever been at the hotel. In my humble opinion, there is no better place to stay in NYC than at POD 39. It always feels like home to me! The hotel is a gem!
