I came here with the family to catch the last ski days at Big Bear and the rooms were nearly perfect. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the service was friendly. It is also located in a great spot with many options for food and shopping within walking distance. The only minor complaint we had was that the water pressure for the showers were anemic (which I understand may be due to California water regulations). Overall we were happy with our stay here and would stay here again the next time we visit.

Check-in was easy, we were able to be in contact with the front desk by text and they promptly answered questions and gave recommendations, super helpful! The room was spacious and comfortable, beyond our expectations. Felt like an apartment complete with a cozy fireplace. Having our own garage space was amazing!!! It was snowing, but our car was covered and made it super easy to come & go. Highly recommend!!! We will be back!!
