Owner along with the girl at the office where very friendly and helpful. The location is about a 2 minute walk from the train station to go to Cinque Terre and if you pick the breakfast option the cafe for breakfast is just across the street. Great sleeping experience
Lots of space on the room, comfortable bedding and super clean sheets and towels. They did smell clean too. Bathroom was clean. Owner, Lucas, is very customer service oriented. Very close to train station, restaurants and coffee locations. La Spezia Port is a walking distance from his location within a pedestrian area, shops, eateries, etc... I have visited about 50 countries and many hotels with that. I would definitely book them again. No doubt about that.

Convenient and budget friendly hotel
This hotel is very close to the train station - convenient for travelling to cinque tierre ($2 - 4 euros each way) and minutes away from the old part of La Spezia, which is very nice. For those bringing their car, a completely free parking area is about an 8 minute walk away. Communication with the owner was by WhatsApp and replies were quick. This hotel is comfortable, but keep in mind that proximity to the train means some minor noise at night. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would definately recommend this hotel.
