The hotel location is convenient. The value is quite good for the price especially if you have kids and take advantage of their pool. However, there are a few maintenance items in the hotel that haven’t been taken care of, continental breakfast is pretty lacking and I don’t like having to pay $10 a night for parking. No other affordable hotel on that side of the highway charges for parking.

The location of the property is great, and the staffs were nice, friendly and hardworking. However, the property is quite outdated and need a renovation. During our stay, the bathroom light was missing its cover, with exposed wiring hanging above our heads, which was dangerous hazard environment. A special shout-out the lady working in the breakfast room- she worked incredibly and the area clean. The staff deserve a raise for the effort they put into keeping this hotel running.

The location was great, especially if you are planning on riding the gondola to the Adventure Park. The staff was very friendly, and the indoor water park was amazing. Our grandson especially loved it. The breakfast had a variety, and the price was right. Possibly an upgrade to the rooms, carpets, and some dusting would be beneficial (our coffee machine and areas of the room were a bit dusty).

This property is close to Iron Springs mineral pool, dining is close- I recommend Mings Cafe & Wild Coffee. Staff at hotel were nice, room spacious, our stay there was Great! We will be traveling to stay here again.
