Un excelente alojamiento ; lo unico para anotar son tres aspectos: el primer día yo pagué el valor correspondiente a dos dias de desayunos, al ir a desayunar el segundo dia no tenían registros de ese pago y esto generó incomodidad pero se resolvió. Además se presentó el tercer dia una situacion con la que hay que tener mucho cuidado con el personal que está de cara al publico y es que una persona que parecía tener un rango superior(cosa que tampoco están identificados como tal) reclamaba airadamente a otra chica de la seccion; éste tipo de situaciones SIEMPRE se deben ventilar en privado ya que para uno como cliente no es muy agradable presenciar ésto. El segundo aspecto es que sin que el hotel tenga responsabilidad, nos encontramos con que cerca al lugar no hay restaurantes ni sitios de ocio. Con todo respeto registramos éste comentario para mejorar pero sin duda el hotel es tan bueno que volvería sin duda alguna. Gracias por todo, nuestra estancia fue muy agradable.

Zimmer war sauber und Personal freundlich. Fehlende Klimaanlage und Fenster die nur gekippt werden können, lassen das Zimmer dann doch teilweise warm werden. Wenn ab 11 Uhr kein direkter Barkeeper mehr da ist, sollte das Personal der Nachtschicht trotzdem besser geschult sein. Zapfen von Bier eher schwierig, genauso wie das zubereiten von Longdrinks. Die Gäste mussten sagen, wie viel von was in den Drink gehört. Ebenfalls bei 5-6 Gästen dann schnell überfordert.

O hotel é bom e bem proximo de duas estações de metro e um mercado. O unico problema que tivemos foi o ar condicionado q não estava funcionando, e não tinha quarto disponivel para a troca. Huone oli siisti ja ilma oli raikas koko ajan. Huoneesta puuttui vedenkeitin ja jääkaappi , mutta ei niitä ollut myöskään varustetasossa ilmoitettu. Aulabaarissa oli hyvä valikoima ja aamupala oli sopivan kattava ja maukas. Kaiken kaikkiaan viihtyisä hotelli.

Diese Unterkunft ist nur für ein verlängertes Wochende geeignet. Es steht für die Kleidung nur ein offenes Regal mit 3 Fächern und eine Kleiderstange mit 5 Kleiderbügel zur Verfügung. Keine Haken für Außenjacken. Im Bad können die Handtücher nicht aufgehängt werden, der Halter ist zu groß zum Aufhängen der Handtücher. Der 2. abgebrochen. Der Ablauf der Dusche (3 Wände) ist zum Bad ausgerichtet nicht zur Wand. Überschwemmung ist vorprogrammiert. Die Matratzen sehr gut und die Klimaanlage leise.

Good hotel, would go again, the rooms a basic, no kettle to do a brew in the morning but very clean. We had a bit of traffic noise from the main road as our window faced it. So had to close if you wanted to sleep. Not far from the Silberhornstraße U Bahn station 5 min walk perfect to get into centre.
