The location close to Charles Bridge and within walking distance of many Prague Old Town attractions was ideal. The staff were especially helpful. My luggage was delayed. Speaking excellent English, they helped me notify the airline, arranged for delivery to the hotel, provided a much-appreciated bag of "rescue toiletries", and soothed my frayed nerves. A full hot breakfast buffet was included. It was delicious!

Lovely hotel. Includes breakfast but not much to temp American taste. Great location. Walk to clock and castle. Many nice restaurants close. It really is a palace. Be sure to ask if your room has stairs to a loft bedroom. That could present a problem for older folks. We would stay here again. Just no stairs this time.

Hotel in excellent location right across the road from the Charles bridge and the ice pub. Staff very friendly, great choice for breakfast and rooms very clean. My only suggestion is that they need some draws in rooms and hangers in wardrobe as we lived out of suitcase.
