A sparkling new hotel in a fabulous location in central Madrid! Urban Hive has a very fun vibe, gorgeous views of the city from the rooftop pool, and some very creative amenities, including refillable Brita water bottles, and a workout mat and small weights in the room. Comfy bed, and I had a huge tub in my room which was incredible -- though the shower/tub knobs are confusing and ill-placed and the drain plug is a puzzle (need written directions). But overall, a really wonderful hotel! Most notably, the front desk staff and housekeeping staff were absolutely superb -- so smart, kind and helpful. Now that I've solved the mystery of the drain plug, I'll be back!

Virkeligt fint hotel. Rent og pænt. Og fantastisk rengøring på værelset hver dag med nye håndklæder.
Meget imødekommende personale, som snakkede fint engelsk.
Morgenmaden var rigtig god og der var lidt for en hver smag. En af tjenerne - en voksen herre var især meget serviceminded og havde øje for, hvis der manglede noget - inden det manglede.
Virkelig god beliggenhed tæt på centrum og metro - og en hyggelig tagterrasse.
Jeg vil helt sikkert booke der igen, hvis vi kommer til Madrid.
