Everything was wonderful - the food, treatment, facilities and polite, helpful staff! This was my 3rd visit to the hotel and my friends absolutely loved the whole experience and want to return. A Great stay. very welcoming at reception. Nice tidy clean room. The spa was lovely and very relaxing. Drinks delivered to our loungers was a nice touch in the spa. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely staff throughout, spa facilities excellent, comfortable room and dinner was delicious with good choice / variety available. Location good tor showground for RHS show. But sandwiched between Aldi and Premier Inn. Imdustrial location so not exactly on doorstep of Malvern Hills for walking.

Overpriced and lousy location
For what they charge the rooms are small and dark, the spa not that great and the location is in the middle of a shopping centre area and not very scenic at all. The place is clean and the staff are great but this place is way overpriced for what is offered.

A place to relax
Room was clean and tidy, bath robes and towels for spa were quite worn and had marks on. Love the fact you can use the spa from when you check in right up until you check out. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, first time I have ever been for breakfast in swimwear and robe. Only thing that let it down was the wait at reception for check in and check out, both times we had to wait about 10 minutes otherwise a nice relaxing stay

Beautiful place, great staff lovely clean spa. Will definitely be going back. My only gripe was they added an £8 service charge to my £9 drinks bill. This was removed as I went to the bar myself to get drinks. I would have happily paid if I had used the waitress service available.

Exceptional customer service from every member of the team. It was clear that they were motivated to help. The venue offers one of the best relaxed spa (affordable) experiences compared to others that I have had. For example compared to where you are given a time slot and the facilities have not always been as good this venue is not restrictive on how long you want to spend on your 'wellbeing' in the spa. I would go back without hesitation. Highly recommend to others. Shout out to Chloe who was amazing looking after us at dinner and Ollie a superstar

No wifi in the rooms. Spa pool is much smaller than expected. Location of hotel isn't what you would expect, although it is handy for a shop at Aldi.

We had a 2 day stay here with friends. The spa facilities were lovely but my spa treatment did not start well as the towels that I was asked to lie on were clearly used as they were covered in oil from the last person who had treatment. I raised it straight away with the beauty therapist and she tried to pass it off that they were old towels until I pointed out that the towels underneath were clean with no oil smell. She swiftly removed the two towels apologised and blamed the previous therapist who had used the room and that she had been asked to cover my treatment as my booked therapist was running late. Apart from that the treatment was ok, not the best I’ve ever had but the therapist was very friendly. I wouldn’t go back, due to this and a few other issues with poor service from badly trained staff, when the hotel is trying to aim for the mid to high market. So would expect standards to be better.

Really nice stay. Hotel was in a strange position next to a shopping center but once inside the hotel did not matter. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Really enjoyed the spa facilities. We only could use them from 1500 to 1100 the next day so not that long, but we really enjoyed. Food was good, the service was a bit slow but the staff were good. Breakfast was really nice and good coffee as well. Only minus points was paying £6 for a bottle of Ale from the fridge, ridiculous price. And we ordered drinks to be brought to us it took so long I went and got the drinks myself. I would rather they not offer a service if cannot carry out. But apart from that we will definitely be going back.
