Room was cold plugged in a little radiator but not better reported it to reception he said hotel heating had been off a week during Xmas bed quilt was thin I was kept awake most of the night in room 8 as there was a fridge running all night i told reception in morning she said she would tell the manager I heard Louisa Anna lodge is ment to be better to stay in more modern

Very nice hotel. Room spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was varied and plentiful. One thing that was not good, hotels.com advertised our room as having free breakfast included, but when booking in we were told that this was not the case. We hope that we will receive a refund from Hotels.com, as this was still advertised on their site.
