Lovely hotel just a few minutes walk from vandebebas railway station and close to the airport. Great facilities but nothing nearby that I could see. I didn’t get to use the free shuttle to the airport or the breakfast as my flight was at 6.45 and shuttles don’t start till 7.

Great location as it’s very accessible from the Valdebebas cercania so you can take transit to the hotel and to the airport, if needed. They have a shuttle but it inconveniently didn’t run at 10am exactly when I needed to go. Nice pool but not enough chairs and only open 11am-7pm. Nice gym and aesthetically attractive property. Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of choices. A good pre-airport departure choice for a stay.

It's a convenient hotel for anyone coming from or going to the airport. The rooms are all the same. It's a newer hotel but we still had issues with the shower not working properly. The bidet toliets were very nice and the property was clean and the breakfast with better than expected. Not a high end hotel but it is clean and convenient.

This hotel does not have bath tubs. If you need a soak, this hotel is not for you. The breakfast was extra and did not taste good. The pool was closed the day we were there. Catching the "free" airport shuttle is a sport. Hotel 101 offers one 11 passenger van to move all of us to the airport. If you miss it, you have to hire your own taxi. Surprising perk? The vending refrigerators in the atrium have 92% lean hamburgers for only 5 EUR. It may have been the best burger in all of Spain. It was unbelievable how good it was. So, I bought a second one. Yes. Just as good. The manager helped me by bringing 2 brand new trash bins to my room with Epsom salts. So nice! I was able to stand in the shower and soak, which is better than no soak at all. Thank you!

The gym is well-equipped and kept spotless, and the all-day dining restaurant served delicious food with generous portions and friendly service. The location is incredibly convenient: just minutes from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport, with easy access to public transport and close to Real Madrid City. Whether you’re in town for business, a layover, or leisure, this hotel ticks every box. The staff were genuinely warm, helpful, and professional — many spoke excellent English. Brand new (3 months ago) hotel. Very small but well equipped room. Hotel itself is nice and the receptionist was helpful. She made sure that we knew the restaurant was closing at 1030 pm instead of 11 pm like the sign said. She also told us to show up 15 minutes early in the morning for the airport shuttle because it’s first come first served with a max capacity of 20. We only had about a dozen people on the shuttle but there is no extra cargo space for bags so it was jam packed and we never would’ve fit another 8 people even without bags. We got off at the first Terminal 1 stop and half the people had to get off to let the others out. There is no food or shopping within walking distance of the hotel. But there is construction underway all around the area so that will likely change. Taxi from Atocha to the hotel was about 38€ and took about 20 minutes. The hotel is part of some timeshare situation with a bunch of units planned for the Philippines. We didn’t have to sit through a sales pitch but we saw the sign for it while we were waiting for the shuttle. Breakfast was decent. Restaurant staff for dinner was not great but we got there 5 minutes before the 1030 pm closing time so that may have been a factor.

The hotel is amazing in every way! The pool, pool bar , food, rooms, complimentary water dispensers by the elevators! There is not one bad thing I can think ! It even has a bidet with adjustable temperature and direction of water jet ! Free airport shuttle. We did not use it from airport to hotel but we did use it from hotel to airport. Be aware that the shuttle only fits 15-16 people depending on suitcases!!! It runs every 30 min if I remember correctly, so if you are running late and don’t fit in, you will have to wait another 30 min! It takes about 15 min to get to airport. I recommend you are outside the hotel waiting for shuttle one hour before you want to get on ! That’s just me
