We booked a specific room and they gave us a different room. This room smells so bad. Humidity and smell of spout. Extremely noisy room also. The place is beautiful. I have to say that thank you to JOEL we will return again. This employee was extremely kind and respectful. He apologized for the inconvenience and gave us a tour to the whole property.

Muy linda la Hacienda y muy bien mantenida. El personal muy amable y muy buen servicio. El restaurant muy.bien con excelente musica en vivo (fue un domingo).
