Great Boutique Hotel
This is a great little boutique Hotel that has all the facilities you need if on Holidays. Nice roof top pool and bar as well as nicely appointed rooms. Breakfast was more than adequate and is great location with plenty of restaurants and bars very close. Only minor fault is it has only one lift so at times you can be waiting for quite a while, but would not hesitate to stay here again.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with a huge bed and good AC. No refrigerator, only a cooler box. Excellent breakfast in terms of quality and range. Only one lift for guests, which was a little slow. The pool is lovely and the hotel is well located in the city where most places that we wanted to access were easily walkable.

Perfect stay
Our stay was great. Room was spacious, with very little road noise. Location was perfect; easy walk to a lot of attractions. Lovely staff. Roof top pool was perfect to relax in, with awesome views. Great buffet breakfast, and so was the high tea. Highly recommend.

Poor customer service
Sometimes plans change and they need to learn how to accomodate their guests. We originally booked 6 days but found out we had family going to De Nang so we requested to modify our stays. I understand if we asked the next day but we requested to modify our stay same day we checked in to stay for 3 days instead of 6. They were not willing to help or accomodate us at all.
