Overall experience was good but what was excellent is the price I paid and the location which is about a block away from the historic center where all the colonial structures are found . From this establishment, if you turn left, you will experience a different Colombian vibe from street art , music, food etc, pretty safe neighborhood…..

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall the property is old because is in the middle of the Historic Center. Location is great, walking distance to the majority of the touristic areas. The standard rooms DONT include hot water in the shower, only the supreme rooms or by request. I didn't know that and had to take cold shower :( The manager offered me another room but I didn’t want to pack again just for 1 day.

Good Value, but construction on the park was noisy
The hotel needs lots of refurbishing in the hallways, but the rooms we received were refurbished and pretty nice, the balcony faced the park, which was nice if the park wasn't under construction and very noisy since early in the morning, One of our two rooms had a mini fridge the other did not? Overall the location was excellent everything in walking distance the breakfast was good and the service was great by all, hope to come back when the park construction is finished as it was a good value.

The location of the hotel is close to the city's attractions. The room is spacious, nicely decorated and has beautiful park and old town view. The bed is large and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room works very well. There is no hot water in the bathroom. The free WiFi connection is good but with some interruptions.

Great location, about a 3 minute drive walk into the walled city and a 3 minute walk into Getsemani neighborhood. Lots of food vendors and restaurants and shops nearby. About a 15-20 minute drive to the airport and 10 minute drive to the Playa Azul beach area. The staff were all sooo friendly. Felt safe. The hotel is older and it shows but the beds were clean and the giant flat screen tvs had netflix. The showers have warm water, some of the rooms have a balcony. The area is in a party zone so if youre looking for quiet this is not the area for you. Buffet breakfast was decent with croissants pastries fruit juice coffee eggs sausages and mini pancakes
