Great activities for kids all around. IQlandia is amazing as well! The food in the hotel is of an industrial level and bad quality. The rooms are very hot, you can not open any window and the AC is not working properly. The hotel is huge and not well indicated what is where. Can be a nightmare to find the pool or the restaurant. The reception is friendly and professional.

Hi I booked from Expedia.co.uk with price reserved at £115 but had to pay in hotel £121.99 and I received wrong package. I ask for package to be change to one which I ordered but Lady in reception show me she is not happy with this- eventually she changed but not very good start of my stay. Breakfast very nice. Hotel building is an ex-production facility, so you feel like in labyrinth without windows. Rooms are small, without enough towels and ability to close the shower door due to position of shower head.
