The room itself was okay, even though it's little old. The room cleaning service was good, but still the floor is quit dirty.
Most of all, the staffs on the front desk were horrible, their service was awful. On the first day, the hotel manager sounds rude when I asked if the room rate includes breakfast, and then I called them for the pillows for the futon, but he said you have enough, i said no you guys didn't provide any for the futon. He finally said okay. And the bathroom door couldn't stay closed while we have a little baby keeps trying to get into the bathroom, so we requested them to check it our, they said it's not allowed to lock it, we said no it is not staying closed!! They checked the door in person and told us they would change the room and then they insisted that all rooms are same like that. That was lying, because we could actually fix the door. Lol. Their attitude was terrible.
One day when we were out, we ordered food to the hotel by mistake. We called the hotel and asked them if they can put the food inside the fridge. They said okay, and we trusted. When we came back in 4-5hours, the food was still there!!! Lol. They don't have a good customer service at all. The room cleaning service people are only caring and nice.
