Standard extended stay hotel - not luxurious, but it was clean and well-maintained. Parking was tricky at night due to several trailers and busses taking up multiple spots, but we did find a spot. If you are looking for a basic hotel for an inexpensive price, this is not a bad option.

I enjoyed my stay at Echo Suites Springfield MO. The staff, to include front desk and maid service, go above and beyond to assist with your needs and are always happy and pleasant. Quiet property that smelled new and fresh. Very clean. Great staff. No breakfast- which I don't eat anyway so I wasn't disappointed. I do not feel like paying for something I don't use. This hotel is close to the airport but there was no airport noise. Close to some restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

The rooms were nice but had some noise issues with neighbors and we requesrd to move rooms and were accommodated to another room on another floor. The staff are great. We weren't aware that certain types of pans were needed to use the stovetop and they don't have the kits right now for guests to rent/borrow so we couldn't use the stove. This was unfortunate as that was the whole reason we booked an extended stay. There could be signage as well when you turn in to better identify the front door/lobby.

The hotel is brand new, so it is very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the amenities are extremely disappointing. There is no ice machine available anywhere in the hotel. The property only has one coffee machine, and it is available only from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. According to hotel management, the reason is that the coffee machine uses too much electricity—equivalent to four soda machines—which is difficult to understand from a guest’s perspective. The hotel also features a full kitchen in the rooms, but there are no utensils, cookware, or basic items provided to actually use it. While the hotel is conveniently located only 10 minutes from the airport, there is no airport shuttle or transportation service. If guests need transportation, the hotel directs them to an outside individual who only accepts cash. The front desk staff always seem to have excuses instead of solutions. For a new hotel, the guest experience falls far below expectations. Even many budget motels offer better amenities and customer service than this property. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
