Fue la peor experiencia de mi vida, llegue temprano a la 1:00 pm, me dijeron que hasta las 3:00 pm habria habitacion disponible, asi que para avanzar en el proceso pague la habitación, a las 3:00 me dijeron que esperara otra media hora, una hora despues me dijeron que todavia no. Empece a ver que personas que iban llegando les edtsban dando llaves para cuartos. Volvi a preguntar sobre mi habitacion, me dijeron que no tenian nada disponible aún. Les dije que si no tenian habitacion que me regresaran mi dinero y asi lo hicieron sin ninguna explicación ni disculpa, eso fue a las 6:00 pm. Tuve que buscar habitación en otro hotel.
Muy mala experiencia, no vuelvo al Hyatt.

Como es un hotel recoen abierto en noviembre aun les falta petsonal para atender, habia cupo lleno y hubo problemas con el agua fria en la regadera, el salon de desayuno bufete es muy pequeño, aunado a esto habia congreso local con deaayuno incluido asi que empeoro el espacio y servicio.
Tiene buena hubicacion esta cerca de galerias, del centro si esta retirado.

El hotel le urge una remodelación, pintura en ma estado vidrios muy sucios, las maderas de la alberca sin plantas, hay una pequeña hielera en la habitación pero no hay máquina, pedimos hielos que nunca llegaron, si se te hace tarde te cobran 17 usd por hora así que olvídate de un posible late check out

Pues al llegar faltaba iluminación en la habitación , tuvimos q pedir que nos pidieran otra lámpara dos veces , los enchufes no funcionaban por completo , las persianas son automáticas y tuvo que ir mantenimiento a repararlas

El personal muy amable, ubicación excelente y accesible. La habitación muy cómoda, limpia y amplia. Lo único que me extrañó es que no había cafetera en la habitación, pero definitivamente me volvería a quedar en este hotel.

El lugar está nuevo menos de 2 meses de apertura, enfrente está plaza Harbor no hay nada pero detrás del hotel encontrarás plazas, cotsco, restaurantes, cines y demás a poco metros, está súper útil para quienes vayan a sacar su visa ya que el consulado está en frente, sales y a formarte, el periférico está muy cerca, si vienes de Cancún o de Mérida, está muy adecuado. Tiene un desayuno incluido básico pero suficiente y sano, las camas limpias, toallas nuevas, baños limpios, una pequeña sala súper cómoda, tiene un pequeño refri para enfriar bebidas súper útil, tazas, vasos, agua, toallas de mano, secadora de cabello, plancha y planchador y hasta un pequeño clóset, almohadas confortables e igual el colchón, está muy pero muy bien para unos 2 o 3 días, tiene alberca y un gran jardín, estacionamiento si llevas coche, conectores por todos lados y si no llevas dock ahí directo con solo el cable.
La verdad muy bueno y agradable, un gran espacio de cafetería con un servicio completo.
En pocas palabras, vale mucho la pena en toda la extensión de la palabra, no hallaras nada malo.
Espero que sigan así y no solo por ser nuevo este de lujo.
