They were so friendly and helped me with everything—from finding an awesome English speaking guide, luxury transportation with a great standby driver and even helped me find my passport I lost at the airport! Disappointing stay really. Unfortunately, the check in experience set the tone for the stay at this hotel. Because I didn’t want to upgrade to have breakfast at the hotel, the staff just seemed to look down her nose at me. Location of the hotel is not great ... room facilities not great either ... overall, very disappointed by my experience and will certainly not be staying here again

A big hotel in an impressive location!
This is a major hotel which dominates the Danang skyline. My room on floor ten had a magnificent view down the Han River. The hotel is a bit removed from the city centre, but offers a shuttle bus service at 2 hour intervals. And taxis are inexpensive.
