Hotels.com send me an emai from Expedia to contact the hotel. The didn see a payment details despite it was pay at the property and credit card accepted correctly upon the reservation. I have sent a message to the hotel with no response for 3 days. I contacted Hotels.com supprt and they told that everything is ok.
Upon the arrival the didn't find the reservation. I had to wait standing in fron of the desk for 1 hour talking ti them and to support. I offered to give me a room and i will pay and then they will arrange everything by themselves but noone heared eland made me waiting for an hour!.
In the roo. The temperature was 16 degrees. AC worked only to cool it wss freezing. After half an hour of my call noone came. Only after that i came to reception the sent a technical but refused to change the room. It took 2 hour to achieve a comfort temperature, so me and the child were in the coats with no option tilo change and to have a shower. After 2 days the situation was the opposite 32 degrees in the room, AC work only to hot.
In general, the location is good, food good, hotel clean, but old and renovated
