Eurostars Palacio de Christal is great! Very futuristic. Overall the hotel is clean, centrally located. We had a great view from our very large room. The was a shower and an separate bathtub in our room. Beds are very comfortable with is a must after long road trip. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Medium hotel with unpractical rooms.
The staff was super friendly and helpful, the rooms need update. The AC didn’t cool, outside was cooler than inside but the window is small so did not cool the room. The room is unpractical. Few lights, complicated shower etc. Location is half an hour walk from the center.

This is an amazing building. Think it's called "the Crab" by the locals. Convenient location, with a pleasant bar. Be careful with the services on the TV (which is an iPTV). What seemed to be logging in for internet access turned out to be a scam for a music / games etc service with a monthly bill of £29.99. There have been attempts to bill my credit card which I have had to change..

The hotel is very spacious. It has a very mordern futuristic design from the outside. The underground parking lot is huge. The maintenance needs to be improved. The weight lift machine in the fitness room was broken already several years ago, and it is still not fixed. Both treadmills are in working condition but have broken buttons.

En este hotel no tienen Tampoco calentador de agua pero la pedí y me la dieron pero la cafetera no tenían Las piletas del baño salpicaban y se mojaba toda la mesada bastante incómodo eso, avisé en recepción pero todo quedó igual La habitación para 3 es amplia y cómoda, el baño tiene bañera y cuadro de ducha aparte lo que hace muy cómodo para 3 persinas
