I’m giving this place 3 stars because the staff was very nice and friendly. However, there were several issues during our stay that affected our experience.
The bubbles/campsites were far from the parking area, so we had to carry all our luggage ourselves. It would have been nice if staff had offered help or had assistance available.
Breakfast was included, and on our last morning we planned to have it before checkout. The sign stated breakfast started at 8:00 AM, so we arrived at that time, only to be told the kitchen would not open until 8:30 AM. We were not notified beforehand, so we ended up leaving and getting coffee elsewhere.
The mini fridge in our room was also not working and stayed at room temperature. My husband asked the lobby if someone could check it, but no one came. We were only given a bucket of ice.
We also switched bubbles because I understood from social media that all bubbles included a jacuzzi, but apparently only certain ones do, so we paid extra to upgrade. The first night it worked great, but the second night it was not heating properly and the controls did not seem to work.
Overall, kind staff, but I wish there had been better customer service, communication, and maintenance.
