Alfredo was the sweetest and nice person I interacted with the entire stay. He made me feel welcomed and was willing to help me immediately. I had requested the possibility of checking in early because my flight got in so early, weeks in advance. Unfortunately, they were not able to meet that need, stating rooms weren’t ready. There were rooms available the night before so I’m not sure if it was something they weren’t willing to assist with, or just a policy issue, I even offered to pay for early check in. Either way, I made due and got ready for the day. The room was ready at 14:00, the first room didn’t have twin beds as I requested, so I went to the front desk and they were able to get me a room with twin be capabilities. The room is a bit dated, bathroom had some things that could have been taken better care of. The beds were comfortable and got a good night sleep on them. The breakfast had a decent variety and I enjoyed both mornings of that. Overall, staff were there to do a job and they did it. I wouldn’t call this a four star hotel, maybe a 3.5, it did the job and all the big sites were in walking distance. The price point didn’t match the aesthetics or customer service in my opinion.
