Horrible checkin
Checkin process was terrible. 25 min line to checkin only to be told room wasn’t ready and that hotel had no idea when it would be ready. They did tried to bait and switch us into paying for a more expensive room which happened to be ready. 1 hr 45 min after official checkin time, with no updates, I went to desk to check status. Then there happened to be a room available. Room was clean but light in toilet area was out. In general, bathroom layout was goofy.

Terrible experience
The front desk and ground floor were filled with the overwhelming smell of smoke mixed with cheap perfume, making it very uncomfortable for the eyes and nose. The front desk staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. We booked two rooms for two nights, but they couldn’t find the second room in their system and told us to contact hotel.com instead of resolving the issue themselves. They also forced us to pay an additional $60 per room per day for internet, with no option to refuse. Even basic amenities like a kettle came with an extra charge. Everything seemed to require additional fees, making the stay incredibly frustrating. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. I absolutely do not recommend it. Terrible experience.
