Great location and clean

This place is in a great location for accessing the city centre, university, and train station. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, spacious and quiet. The room is in need of a little TLC and a spruce up, but overall a great stay.

I think it's comfortable, clean, and in a good location. I think check-in could be better, currently it's only between 4-6pm which is super difficult but the proprietor accomodated me at 2:30pm. The room was clean but the shower head was broken and the bed was ok.

Estaba relativamente bien situada del centro, un paseo agradable. La ducha potencia y temperatura del agua perfecta. El apartamento necesitaría una renovación...la decoración es de los años 50, las camas y almohada eran duras, para dar la luz del baño tenias que abrir un armario, la nevera empezaba a sonar de repente en medio de la noche, era una calle tranquila pero se escuchaba perfectamente todo el ruido de la calle.

Bett zu hart, mit extrem dünner Matratze, überall kalter Fliesenboden, die Küchenzeile mit minimaler Ausstattung, das Bad winzig, ohne Ablagemöglichkeiten, dafür mit völlig veralteten Armaturen. Alles macht einen heruntergekommenen, verlotterten Eindruck, das ganze Haus müsste dringend renoviert und modernisiert werden. Die Rezeption ist nur lächerliche 3 Stunden am Tag besetzt, persönliche Ansprechpartner fehlen.
