Comfortable hotel at a good price.
The hotel is located in a very nice area, close to Albert Park, where the Formula 1 track is situated. The hotel is very beautiful, the room was very comfortable and well-organized. The only flaw I found was the average cleanliness in the shower area. The service was excellent, especially from the manager, Juan Carlos, who was very kind. The price-quality ratio was excellent.

This hotel has been our go to for Melbourne stays. However, it's just not as good as it used to be. Positives: location and price. Negatives: roof top spa/pool is no longer, rooms were dusty and under utilised (room for a couch and table, but only a single chair and desk chair/table), housekeeping seemed disinterested - our room wasn't made (we received clean towels when phoning the desk), when it was made the next day, it was a haphazard attempt, and generally needs some TLC with the rooms, elevator, and lobby. Additionally, there was high-pressure cleaning happening, which echoed through our room from 7am on 2 of our days As mentioned, this has been our go to hotel in Melbourne with over 1/2 dozen stays. However, I think this relationship has come to an end, and will be exploring other options in the future.

The hotel was excellent value and the room nice and spacious. Couple of things let it down . We were in a room that had interconnecting door and unfortunately you could hear everything that was going on next door . I asked if they had any other rooms but unfortunately they didnt have any other options available. It didnt spoil the stay but would have made it excellent.
