We arrive ay 4pm, one tour after the check in started, we had to wait 45 minutes for out prom. the hotel had a noisy party, i called reception and they told me they cannot do anything because it was a private party. Had a problem with towels, every Day I had to ask for it. Nice breakfast

If house keeping hadn't broken into my room before 9am, disrupting my sleep and ruining my whole day after a long night, I would have let slide the fact that hot water didn't run properly and the restaurant service was extremely slow. I WAS PISSED. Last time same thing had happened. I complained but this disrespectful protocol was not fixed. If you forget to put up the 'do not disturb' sign house keeping will simply come in randomly at the most unexpected hours, potentially waking you up and ruining your rest. I will be taking a break from this hotel despite how much I like a lot of other things.

I didn’t like it dirty carpet smell bad. GYM Was no Available I went to another property to exercise, on my way back to the hotel the area was dark scary, I ask people from the basement to open the door for me, they didn’t do it for “safety”, they didn’t care that me and my husband were in the dark and an isolate area.

Stay away from there!
I highly encourage anyone seeking to stay at this facility to look for a different hotel. This place is absolutely ridiculous when it comes to charging fees. I was utterly shocked when I was told that I owned them money for fees that, according to the front desk person, hotels.com did not inform me of. I showed them what my reservation said and it clearly stayed that my reservation was paid in full. This was very upsetting to me becuase they did not believe what that email said. It was like I was telling them lies and that's just awful an experience! If you do value your inner peace as I do then it is best to stay elsewhere!

Es un hotel DEMASIADO pero DEMASIADO regular. Por su precio hay opciones mucho mejores en la ciudad. Lo único que destaco del hotel es a Jesús, uno de los trabajadores de la recepción quien siempre está disponible y diligente con una sonrisa. En nuestra habitación las almohadas estaban sucias (completamente desagradable y antihigiénico), nos cambiaron de habitación luego de mas de 4 horas de espera, a una en donde la puerta del baño no servía bien, la puerta de la habitación no tenía pasador y donde dos veces se descargó la batería de la puerta para ingresar. No hubo un solo día donde no tuviéramos que pedir ayuda con algo. Una lástima que tengan el hotel tan descuidado, la limpieza es muy superficial y se siente abandonado. La comida del restaurante es deliciosa y también son muy amables allí. En la recepción a excepción de Jesús, la atención es MUY regular.
