Lovely welcoming staff on reception desk, room was great, much bigger than expected for central London, very clean, great little extras, kettle and coffee machine, fridge in room with a selection of complimentary soft drinks and snacks, toiletries etc. Location was great, 2 minute walk from tube. Room , though small , was perfect ( bathroom door needs some attention though as a little water damaged ) , shower adequate.
