Terrible experience. Check-in was a total mess for 7 people and 4 rooms. 86 year old placed on a third floor of a building without an elevator. Had to argue to make them correct it. Actually none of the buildings in this Resort are accessible. None of them have elevators although this place was build in 2008 (no excuses that it’s an old property). Distances between rooms, restaurants, pools and lobby are huge, paved with irregular pavers. Wheelchairs are impossible to use due to the irregular surfaces. Internal golf cart system to transport elderly people is offered but waiting times were so long that we gave up using it. Signage providing directions throughout the property are almost non-existent. Impossible to know where you have to go to get to your building. Dozens of people lost throughout the property every day, begging for directions, totally frustrated. Majority of the staff doesn’t seem to be happy, although very few exceptions were very attentive and supportive. App that is highly recommend by the staff upon check-in is useless. Scheduling of Resort activities is never updated and internal map directions are also outdated. I learned that it doesn’t work because Spain is responsible for keeping it updated, so any local changes to activities have to be informed to Spain by email before they can update the App. Note: Spain is 5 hours ahead in time zone. Total non-sense. Pools were really good and food and drinks abundant and of good quality. I’ll never go back.

Caiu muito a qualidade dos produtos , principalmente da alimentação que é oferecida nos diversos restaurantes . Muita quantidade e pouquíssima qualidade , para o que chamam de um resort de” luxo “ Outro fator que me chamou a atenção desta vez foi o despreparo de alguns funcionários. Há ótimos funcionários , porém há também uma parcela que claramente jogam contra a empresa ( sem vontade , dificultando tudo , mal humor … e acabei questionando um deles para saber o que estava ocorrendo e como resposta obtive que o resort está despedindo muita gente, diariamente e ele estava esperando a vez dele . E não menos grave , me senti muito incomodado ( eu e minha família ) com a quantidade de fumantes em áreas proibidas do resort ! Ou seja não há o mínimo controle e portanto fumam onde quiserem . De lado positivo , o Spa , muito bom … Vale a pena !!!

Ótimo resort, com grande estrutura e variedade de comidas e bebidas. Quarto agradável e cama confortável. Staff no geral simpático, salvo algumas exceções. Alguns registros, no entanto, são necessários. A questão do serviço Prestige achei aquém do anunciado. Por exemplo, na área da piscina era raro conseguir fazer um pedido ao garçom, porque passava poucas vezes, fazendo com que quase sempre tivéssemos que sair da piscina e pedir uma bebida, acredito que faltou uma melhor gerência desse setor em específico. Faço o registro principalmente pelo que foi anunciado como diferencial. Ainda, no quesito alimentação, fora o gosto padronizado da comida, típico de serviço ofertado em grandes quantidades para muitas pessoas, os doces deixaram a desejar na qualidade.
