Reservamos ao Ibis Budget GRU para passarmos a noite após uma viagem internacional de 12 dias. Chegamos cansados as 21h em véspera de feriado. O hotel estava lotado. O check-in foi rápido. Nao tinham secador de cabelos para emprestarem. O chão do saguão estava sujo e grudento. O quarto é muito pequeno e claustrofóbico. A área do box não possui luz, o que é bem ruim. Descemos para o jantar por volta das 22h e o hotel nao possuia staff necessário para atender à demanda, pois grande parte das opções dos alimentos havia acabado e não estavam repondo. Neste momento, a recepção também estava lotada, e não contava com atendentes suficientes para cobrar as bebidas adquiridas para o jantar. Enfim, a experiência não foi boa e pelo preço, existiam opções bem melhores ali perto. O café da manhã foi bom.
